Hygiene & Safety First
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy. Because press-on nails are personal care items that come into direct contact with the skin and natural nails, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened or the seals have been broken.
Can I return my order?
• Unopened Items: We accept returns only on items that are in their original, unopened, and plastic-sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Opened Items: Once the nail set or the application kit has been opened, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded. This ensures that every customer receives a 100% sanitary and brand-new product.
Sizing Issues
Since we provide a detailed Sizing Chart and offer Sizing Kits, we are not responsible for sets that do not fit. We highly encourage you to double-check your measurements before placing an order. If you find your nails are slightly too large, they can be gently filed down at the sides for a better fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong set or if your order arrived damaged, we want to make it right!
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the unused product.
• Once verified, we will send out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
Once the order has moved to the processing or shipping phase, we can no longer cancel it.
