Processing Time

We know you’re excited to receive your order! That’s why we guarantee that all orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carrier within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

·         Delivery Time: 7 to 14 business days.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. While most packages arrive on time, international shipping can occasionally be affected by customs delays or local postal service disruptions.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your nails' journey right to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Velvet Muse Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after

shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," we can reship it to the correct address at the customer's expense.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@velvetmusestudio.nl within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and the product. We will work with you to find a solution immediately!

 

Why does shipping take 7 to 14 days?

To offer you the widest range of unique designs at the most affordable prices, we ship our products from an external fulfillment center. By avoiding high warehousing costs, we can invest more in the quality of our nails while keeping the price low for you. It takes a little longer to travel, but we promise the wait is worth it for a perfect manicure!
